Dateline Orlando, Florida. My Angel Riders were completely in charge today and kept Yours Truly very, very busy in spite of Mission Control’s best efforts to give me a day off.
Your Intrepid Cancer Cure Rider was directed by Mission Control to hit the afterburners and get to Orlando today. As always I simply replied “Wilco” and “Out” and hit it. Upon arrival Yours Truly encountered two very giving valet folks who each opened their hearts and wallets to help support this effort. Thank you Kevin and Company!
I then headed over to Universal Studios so I could complete a pre-scheduled study of tourist activities in this area and let all of you know what’s going on. Universal Studios has really come a long way since I visited the Los Angeles site some 25 years ago. It is acre upon acre of fantastic rides, cool shops, great food, and live entertainment. My personal favorites were Harry Potter and the Transformers.
As I exited same, I was contacted by park security. Uh Oh! Now what??!! They had apparently heard that I was in the area and my National reputation of serving others, saving lives, assisting Mermaids, helping to rescue and train manitees, and so on, had come to their attention.
That was when I learned that the Blues Brothers were in town and needed my assistance. They had completed their performance and had received another assignment….to find and arrest Bart Simpson for a myriad of charges, including graffiti.
So I hopped on the bike they provided me and sped to the rescue! Yeah, I could have used the car. But once a motor cop, always a motor cop!!
I responded “Code 3”. Upon arrival I was contacted by the Blues Brothers.
They briefed me, and off we went to find the nefarious “Bad Bart”. We searched high and low, utilized all of the resources available such as choppers, squad cars, and In spite of our efforts, it seems the little guy got away….today.
Yours Truly has been recruited to continue to assist them with other missions such as getting this famous actor home to his “people”.

And so once again, the Angels have placed me where I am supposed to be to help others. Wow…..what an adventure!
And never forget these words:
Ride On,
C.C.R.
